Born in Tampa, Florida, Leo Waters is emerging as a top talent for 2025. At 15, he left home to pursue professional dance in Chicago, performing with artists like DaBaby, Coi Leray, and Billie Eilish. While touring, Waters discovered his passion for songwriting and began creating music with a portable setup.

After setbacks with unfulfilled promises from music executives, a 2023 trip to Los Angeles changed everything. He connected with Donn Robb, the producer behind artists like Juice Wrld and The Kid Laroi, who helped him develop several projects. Their work gained traction on TikTok, leading to Waters becoming the first artist under Robb's Groove Garden incubator.

Leo’s debut EP On Waters Ave earned press from outlets like Pigeons & Planes and Ones to Watch, amassing over 20M streams and co-signs from Future and Ty Dolla $ign. With his second EP dropping in late 2024, Waters is solidifying his place as an artist to watch.
